AR-3 is a legendary, highly collectible 3-way acoustic suspension speaker system produced by Acoustic Research in the late 1950s and 1960s. Designed by audio pioneers Edgar Villchur and Henry Kloss, it was the first commercial loudspeaker to utilize a dome midrange and tweeter, making it a landmark piece of audiophile history.
